The Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia (Experimental Cinematography Centre) Foundation, under the presidency of Francesco Alberoni, is divided into two distinct sectors: the Cineteca Nazionale (National Film Archive) , one of the most important movie archives in the world, and the Scuola Nazionale di Cinema (National Film School), which, for over seventy years has provided high standards of training for professions in the world of cinema.
